What Disrupts Your Peace,
We all have rituals that we go through for various reasons and different times in our lives . We have different names such as the routine or ritual, but whatever the name the purpose is the same.
However, when we have those routines disrupted, we get off kilter. Some can get back in step after a brief break but frequent derailments we lose focus. We may not realize the difference in ourselves due to a lack of routines.
