At some point during your weight loss journey, there comes a point where you learn that the foods that you eat have a great impact on your overall weight loss. This is where we usually begin to "watch what we eat" but that doesn't seem to last long. I usually cave at dinner when it is quicker to grab a burger than prepare a healthy meal after a long day at work. Maybe yours is having an unhealthy breakfast or lunch. No matter what time of the day or night, making healthy decisions is not an easy task.

Meal Prep Do's....
Decide how many meals you want to prepare for the week.
Make a shopping list
Buy containers that are divided by portions
Set aside time during the week to prepare the meals
Use fresh ingredients for your meals
Prepare what you will eat

Create galleries to showcase a media collection
